What I do
I help people ease nervous system tension, sleep more deeply, and think clearly through practical, evidence-based breath training. I support clients navigating stress, anxiety, panic, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, and insomnia, as well as healthy high performers seeking steadier energy, focus, and balance.
How we work
Sessions blend gentle movement, Buteyko breath retraining, Pranayama, and quiet meditation. You leave with a clear daily practice plan and a few simple techniques you can use anywhere—at your desk, before sleep, or in moments of stress.
Training and background
I’ve taught in Ireland, Los Angeles, New York, and at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California. I’m certified in the Buteyko Method with Patrick McKeown at The Buteyko Clinic International in Galway, and certified in Pranayama with Michaël Bijker at Yogalap in Sagres. My background in performance training brings a grounded, creative approach to breath, voice, and presence.
